Our Sessions Are Focused on You

The most important thing to me in therapy is creating a safe, non-judgemental space for you to feel seen and heard. Sessions will allow you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. I do not give advice or tell you what to do. My role is to stay alongside you in your process, offering warmth and empathy, enabling you to connect with your emotions, deepen your self-awareness, and identify any emotional wounds impacting your current life and relationships. In doing so, I hope to assist you in reconnecting with your wants and needs, so you can feel content, confident, and live as your authentic self.

My aim is to build a trusting, respectful therapeutic relationship with you where you can explore your issues without judgement, while acknowledging the wider context of your unique life story. With increased self-understanding and compassion, I believe you can find your own solutions on how to heal, move forward, and create meaningful change in your life.

Sessions

Therapy sessions last for 50 minutes and once we’ve agreed to work together our sessions will take place on the same day, at the same time each week or fortnight. The initial assessment session lasts for 50–60 mins.


I offer sessions; In person, Online, or via Phone.


In-person sessions take place at either:

The Practice Rooms in Greenwich, close to both Greenwich Rail & Cutty Sark DLR Stations.

Anerley Town Hall in Anerley, close to both Anerley & Crystal Palace Rail Stations.

Please note: The rooms are accessed via stairs, so unfortunately aren't accessible for those with mobility issues or wheelchair users.

Fees

The fee for a therapy session with me is £85.


I offer a limited number of concessional fee spaces for trainee therapists, and anyone on a low income or unemployed.


Please enquire if you're interested in working together and need a concessional fee. These spaces are offered at my discretion to those who need it most.

I offer a free, initial 20-minute call to give you an opportunity to chat with me, share a bit about what's going on for you and ask me any questions you might have about psychotherapy. The purpose of this call is to help you decide whether we can work well together. There's no pressure for you to book a session or commit to working together after this call, I believe it's very important you choose a therapist who feels right for you.


Following this initial call, you can book your first assessment session with me which will be our starting point for understanding your current issues, and your goals and expectations for therapy. You can contact me using the enquiry form to arrange a time for us to have a call.
